Developing relevant propositions together with Volkswagen in co-creation with the target group

The question to Branddoctors was, together with the Volkswagen team and in co-creation with the target group, a relevant one proposition to develop and determine which customer functionalities should be central to this. Then, in close collaboration with the Achtung agency, to take the first step in the interpretation and design of the app.

My Volkswagen App

Together with the target group, the Volkswagen team and Bureau Achtung, we developed the concept for the My Volkswagen app. The result is an app structure with a clear benefit hierarchy and an appealing overall positioning, including an estimate of price sensitivity.

This enabled us to quickly translate this to the market with our partners. We have more than caught up with the time that we invested in advance towards a successful market introduction of the My Volkswagen App.
